Activism for Introverts: 10 conflict avoidant ways to support Kamala Harris (without leaving your hidey hole)

Introverts, I see you.

I am you.

You care deeply about this election. You're donating what you can. You want to help get our first (black! API!) female president elected. But holding a megaphone, knocking on doors, phone banking, and otherwise annoying your fellow Americans into voting just isn't your gift.

To be clear: I'm not knocking canvassing. (Pun totally intended). I know it works. I will never understand how it works, because my instinct is to run and hide even from the bug man who I pay to come to my home and spray each month. Just spray, man. We don't need to have a Socratic dialogue about the ants; you know what to do.

Anyway. My friend Melissa, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Ecotherapist (not to mention a diligent researcher), put together a list of actions we introverts can take to support Vice President Harris. (She's got great info for extraverts too, so I'm going to link her complete guide below so you can download it).

There is so much at stake in this election. And I know how important it is for us to speak up, have tough conversations, and leave our comfort zones. I also know how difficult it is. And I don't want anyone sitting on the sidelines because knocking on doors and talking on phones makes their ass draw up.
